Remembering Robert Smith

Robert Smith showed up every week with a smile that made you want to smile right back. As a dedicated staff member at the Harmony Food Pantry, he was a reliable, faithful presence who never had to be asked twice. If you were carrying a box, he was already on his way over. If there was work to be done, he was looking for ways to help.

He was understanding of the needs of both the clients he served and the team around him, always hardworking and eager to contribute wherever he was needed. His kindness, dedication, and willingness to serve left a mark on everyone who worked alongside him.

The pantry staff honored him by writing his name on the cart he used to help shoppers carry their groceries. It will stay there as a reminder of the man who made that small act of service feel like something bigger.

Rest in peace, Robert. You will be deeply missed.
